Had sushi today from Dean & Deluca and the Origami wrap is a very nice touch. Definately tastes better than seaweed. Hope to see it at more places.

I don't know why all sushi doesn't have these wraps. Why would anyone prefer seaweed? I hope more of our sushi spots in south Florida figure it out soon.
